Public Accountant from the Central University of Colombia, certified in IFRS by (ICAEW) Institute of Chartered
Accountants in England and Wales, specialized in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) with
more than 30 years of experience.
During his experience Luis Enrique has served as Financial and Administrative Director of the most important companies in the Oil & Gas industry such as Occidental Petroleum Corporation (OXY), British Petroleum (BP),HUPECOL and Compañía Española de Petróleos (CEPCOLSA) responsible for accounting, tax, budget and
administrative management.
Additionally, Luis Enrique has participated as an advisor in the accounting software migration process of some
of the most representative companies in Colombia.
As a founding partner of LeGap Luis Enrique has lead projects related to the conversion of Financial
statements to IFRS, development of projects related to improvement of the internal control system SCI,
Accounting, Payroll and Tax Outsourcing, Development and implementation of projects related to strategic

Public Accountant from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Bogotá, with more than 15 years of experience in providing services related to Accounting and tax solutions.
Juan David has served as Auditor and Consultant in charge of AMEZQUITA, GRANT THORNTON and ERNST & YOUNG Colombia / USA (Miami) participating in projects of implementation and improvement of the internal control system, design and implementation of Shared Services Centers, Strategic planning, internal audit, tax audit, SOX controls tests, among others, for entities such as BANCO DE BOGOTÁ, BANCO POPULAR, BANCO DAVIVIENDA, Latin America Reserve Fund (FLAR), ECOPETROL and OLEODUCTO DE LOS LLANOS, ARGOS, CEMENTOS PANAMÁ, FARMACÉUTICA TEVA, ALPINA, ARGOS, ETB, TELMEX and TIGO among others.
Additionally, Juan David held management positions as Controller of SCHLUMBERGER for Colombia, Peru
and Ecuador, Regional Controller of HILTI for Latin America and Financial and Administrative Director of BOLLAND / PECOM.
Since 2018, Juan David has served as Partner and Executive Director of LeGap where he manages more than
15 projects related to Tax Audit, Advisory, Strategic Planning and Internal Audit services.
